Terms of Use
Effective September 23, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Sovrano's website at sovrano.global, our plugins and connectors for AI assistants (including Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and our MCP server), and related services (together, the “Service”).
The Service is currently operated by 6AMC LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, doing business as Sovrano (“Sovrano”, “we”, “us”).
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
The Service is for business use. You must be at least 18. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it, and “you” includes that organization.
2. The Service
The Service is in early access. We provide it free of charge at this stage. Features, data coverage, and availability will change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. If we introduce paid features, separate terms will apply to them.
3. AI-assisted intelligence, not advice
Sovrano provides AI-assisted commercial intelligence. Outputs are intended to support, not replace, professional judgment. You remain responsible for sponsorship, commercial, and investment decisions made using the Service.
In particular:
- Outputs, including valuations, budget estimates, benchmarks, prospect lists, and package recommendations, are estimates. They are generated from our dataset, the information you provide, and AI models, and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong.
- Our dataset is compiled largely from public sources. We do not guarantee that any sponsorship relationship, fee, or term it describes is accurate or current.
- Nothing in the Service is legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
- You should verify outputs independently before relying on them in negotiations, proposals, or financial decisions.
4. Your inputs
You keep ownership of the information you submit to the Service (“Inputs”).
You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process Inputs as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, and secure the Service. Optional usage research is separate: we use only the allowlisted request and response-derived facts described in the Privacy Policy, and only after you accept the current versioned consent. We do not retain complete MCP answers for analytics. Original question text requires a second, separate consent. We will not disclose your Inputs to other users, or identify you or your organization as their source, without your permission. The Privacy Policy explains these controls, retention periods, aggregate reporting, and withdrawal.
You are responsible for your Inputs. Do not submit information that you do not have the right to share, including confidential deal terms covered by a non-disclosure agreement, or sensitive personal information.
5. Outputs
Subject to these Terms, you may use outputs for your internal business purposes and in your own sponsorship proposals, reports, and presentations. Outputs are not unique to you, and other users may receive similar outputs.
You may not use outputs to build, train, or supplement a dataset, database, or product that competes with the Service.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or systematically extract our dataset, or use the Service to reconstruct it;
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or our data as a data product;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service, plugins, or connectors, except where the law expressly allows it;
- bypass rate limits, access controls, or usage restrictions, or share access credentials;
- use the Service in violation of law, including competition, privacy, and export laws;
- submit malicious code or interfere with the Service or other users; or
- misrepresent outputs as independently verified data or as endorsed by Sovrano.
We may limit or suspend access if we reasonably believe you have breached this section.
7. Our intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Service, including our software, plugins, connectors, dataset, benchmarks, methodologies, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our plugins and connectors to access the Service in line with these Terms. Open-source components are licensed under their own terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Third-party platforms
Our plugins run inside third-party AI assistants and platforms, including Claude, ChatGPT, and Codex. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, conduct, or outputs.
9. Feedback
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
10. Disclaimers
The Service and all outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, sponsorship opportunities, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service or any decision made using it; and
- Our total liability for all claims related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Sovrano against third-party claims arising from your Inputs, your use of outputs, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time, including if you breach these Terms. Sections 4 (for processing already required to provide or secure the Service), 5 through 7, and 9 through 15 survive termination where their nature requires it. Withdrawal and deletion rights in the Privacy Policy continue to apply.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that gives you mandatory rights, nothing in these Terms limits them.
15. General
- Changes. We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify users by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
- Assignment. We may assign these Terms, including to a successor entity formed to operate Sovrano or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign them without our consent.
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
- Severability and waiver. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
