Privacy Policy

Sovrano provides AI-assisted sponsorship intelligence through our website at sovrano.global, our plugins and connectors for AI assistants (including Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and our MCP server), and related services (together, the “Service”).

The Service is currently operated by 6AMC LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, doing business as Sovrano (“Sovrano”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. If Sovrano's business moves to a newly formed company, that company will become the controller and we will update this policy.

Information you give us. Your name, email address, company, and role when you sign up for plugin access, download a plugin, join a waitlist, or contact us. Anything you include in a message or form.

Information you send through our plugins and connectors. When you use a Sovrano plugin inside an AI assistant, the plugin sends our servers the details needed to answer your request. This can include event, property, or brand descriptions, audience figures, budgets, package details, and the text of your query. We process this information to answer you, but we do not retain complete MCP answers for product analytics.

Optional usage research. If you actively opt in to the current version of usage research, we retain your Sovrano account ID, encrypted verified email where available, connecting application, tool and analysis type, timing, supported categories explicitly requested, and a small set of allowlisted categories and counts derived from Sovrano's structured answer. Requested categories, an exactly resolved target, and categories merely returned among results are kept separate. We never retain the complete answer, entity names, proposals, exact fees, quotations, source URLs, credentials, free-form objectives, or a hash of the answer for this purpose. Existing consent to an older notice does not activate a newer collection version.

A separate optional checkbox permits us to retain the original question supplied to the plugin, encrypted and limited to 2,000 characters. Without that separate consent, question text is not retained. Contact details and detected credentials are discarded from this question channel.

We only receive what the plugin sends to us. Your wider conversation with the AI assistant stays with that assistant's provider (for example, Anthropic for Claude) and is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

Information collected automatically. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring site, timestamps, and error logs. For plugin requests, we also log an installation or connection identifier, request times, and usage volumes.

Our sponsorship dataset. Our sponsorship database describes sponsorship relationships between organizations, compiled mainly from public sources. It is not used to provide information about individuals.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, sensitive personal information such as health, financial account, or government ID data.

How optional usage research is used. We use the consented facts to understand requested event categories, coverage gaps, and aggregate product usage. Internal weekly and monthly reports suppress every category or heatmap cell representing fewer than five distinct consenting accounts. Reports contain no account, question, or response-text drill-down. We do not use these data for advertising profiles, automated decisions about users, or model training.

Participation is optional and does not affect access. You can withdraw in the usage-research privacy controls or by emailing us. Withdrawal stops future attribution, deletes attributed events, and causes still-open reports to be rebuilt. Closed k-anonymous reports cannot be linked back to an account.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• Service providers who help us run the Service, such as hosting, database, and email providers. They process information on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes. Current providers include Hostinger (hosting and database infrastructure) and Google Workspace (email).
• AI model providers, where we use a third-party model to process a request. They receive only what is needed to generate the response.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers. To a successor entity formed to run Sovrano, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to run the website. We do not currently use analytics cookies.

We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we introduce them, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

• Contact and access sign-up details: until you ask us to delete them, or 24 months after our last interaction.
• Consented usage-research events: up to 12 months. Separately consented original questions follow the same limit.
• Aggregate reports: k-anonymous weekly and monthly cells for up to 24 months.
• Encrypted telemetry backups: up to seven days. Current withdrawals and retention rules are reapplied before restored data is used.
• Server and security logs: up to 90 days, unless needed to investigate an incident.
• Sponsorship dataset records: for as long as they remain relevant to the dataset.

We may keep information longer where the law requires it or to resolve disputes.

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. When we transfer personal information from the EU, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy framework.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• correct it;
• delete it;
• object to or restrict how we use it, including for Service improvement;
• receive a copy in a portable format;
• withdraw consent where we rely on it; and
• not be treated differently for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@sovrano.global with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity. We aim to respond within 30 days, or within the time the law in your location requires.

If you are in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us right away.

The Service is intended for business users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the Service develops. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify users by email.
